COMPETITIVE FEES

Thank you for your interest in All Nations Sports Academy (ANSA). ANSA is a faith-based non-profit organization that provides soccer playing opportunities for boys and girls players with developmental, recreational and competitive programs aiming to develop youth players on and off the field of competition.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION.

U11-U12  (9v9)
ANSA SOUTHWEST  (SUGAR LAND)

  • $1300 for full season (Fall 2018 and Spring 2019). 

* Fees include player and team registration fees, league fees, Insurance costs, facility and lighting fees, two training sessions per week with a professional trainer and fees for two tournaments/showcases during the 2018-19 season. ANSA Competitive Fees DO NOT include uniform fees (approx. $200).  Some teams may have lower Registration Fees, and Discount Codes Pending on the number of sessions with a Professional Trainer and Tournament participation.  Eligible ANSA players may apply for financial assistance. **Any Players that are not able to pay the Full Amount MUST fill out the Financial Assistance Package.**


ADDITIONAL FEES


Other Team Fees: Players are also responsible to cover the registration fee for any tournament or other non-league event in which they participate beyond the two tournament/showcase fees already included in registration fees. These additional fees may vary by team and are collected separately by each team manager as applicable.

Timely payment of all fees is a contractual obligation of parents toward ANSA. Staying current on all fees is required for players to remain eligible for participation in ANSA activities, including training and games. ANSA reserves the right to withhold participation in ANSA activities, including but not limited to games and training sessions, from any player whose fees are delinquent.

ALL Families must volunteer 3 hours a Season through ANSA and any of their Fall/Spring events.  Events Include: Volunteer Hour Examples-(Developmental League, Recreational League, Competitive League, Discovery Nights, ANSA Tournaments, ANSA Camps, ANSA Booster Events)

REFUND POLICY

In general, fees are non-refundable, subject to the following:
 
Injuries – Any ANSA player who incurs a season-ending injury is eligible for a refund of the portion of his or her fees which covers the remainder of the applicable season, dating from the time the player's parent notifies the ANSA Registrar that the player is no longer able to participate in the season due to the injury and submits his or her Player ID Card to the Boys or Girls Commissioner. The portion of the player’s fee subject to proportionate refund does not include the Registration Fee.
 
Players who move from the greater Houston area are eligible for a proportionate refund of fees paid. The portion of the player’s fee subject to proportionate refund does not include the Registration Fee.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Club provides Financial Assistance to qualified players. In order to qualify for Financial Assistance, aplayer’s parent(s) must submit a written request for the Financial Assistance with the child’s registration application. In addition to requesting consideration for either a full or partial Financial Assistance, this application provides a reasonable full financial disclosure and an explanation of the Financial Assistance requested sufficient to justify the need. The player’s parent(s) must submit all Financial Assistance forms promulgated by the club.

All requests for Financial Assistance will be reviewed by and approved by the BOD.

THERE WILL BE NO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITHOUT THE SUBMISSION OF A WRITTEN REQUEST AND WRITTEN APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

Please note that by signing up and registering with ANSA, players and parents are in agreement with clubs policies, procedures, and financial requirements.
